UP Health System has donated $10,000 to the Noquemanon 2017 Ski Marathon.
Jason Rolling, Noquemanon Race Director, accepted the check at UP Health System – Marquette on January 26, 2017. Rolling has held the position of Race Director for two years and has been long involved with the race.
Despite underwhelming snowfall this year, a great turnout is still expected at the race. The course has been shortened to a well-conditioned trail to adapt to weather conditions and snow coverage.
Victor Harrington, Regional Director of Marketing & Business Development for UP Health System, said “Promoting healthy living and activity in our community is incredibly important for us. UP Health System strives every day toward our mission of making communities healthier, and we applaud the great work of the Noquemanon Ski Marathon, who we are happy to support.”
